This document presents, as requested by the World Heritage Committee at its 32nd session (see Decision 32 COM 7B.129), a compendium on the Statements of Significance and of Outstanding Universal Value for World Heritage properties inscribed on the List of World Heritage in Danger and discussed for in-Danger listing.

Out of the thirty-five World Heritage properties in Danger, sixteen present a Statement of Outstanding Universal Value, two a Statement of Significance, four a clear justification of the criteria for inscription and thirteen none of these elements.

Out of the ten World Heritage properties discussed for in-Danger listing, four present a Statement of Outstanding Universal Value, two a clear justification of the criteria for inscription and four no justification/Statement at all.
