Examination of International Assistance requests

This document contains under Part I an update on the International Assistance requests received by the World Heritage Centre for which the decision is to be taken by the World Heritage Committee. Part II presents the status of the International Assistance budget for the biennium 2016-2017 as of 30 April 2016, Part III includes an update of the status of implementation of the International Assistance request from Madagascar as requested by the Committee in Decision 37 COM 14, and Part IV presents a report on the implementation of the revised timeline for the examination of International Assistance requests as requested by the Committee in Decision 36 COM 14.

The present document contains also an Annex listing the International Assistance requests approved as of 30 April 2016 for the biennium 2016-2017, as well as the final list of those approved during the biennium 2014-2015.
