This document comprises two parts: Part I contains the status of the International Assistance budget for the biennium 2014-2015 as of 30 April 2015, and Part II provides the rationale for a reallocation of funds in favor of the International Assistance budget line.

The present document contains also an Annex, with the lists of International Assistance requests approved for the biennium 2014-2015 as of 30 April 2015.
