Description
An International Expert’s meeting on the elaboration of a Conservation Plan for Tiwanakuwas held in Tiwanaku from 27 to 29 August 2012. Organized by the Ministry of Cultures, in close coordination with the World Heritage Centre and the Quito UNESCO Office and with financing from the UNESCO/Japan Funds in Trust for the Preservation of the World Heritage, the meeting formulated a set of recommendations which will serve as the basis for the development of Tiwanaku’s Conservation plan.
