The Asia & West Pacific Network for Urban Conservation (AWPNUC) was formed in 1991 for the purpose of exchanging cultural information and technical expertise in the area of urban conservation. The members are predominantly urban conservation advocates, professionals and practitioners who are actively involved in international networking and/or projects outside their home countries.

Anyone who wishes to be on our mailing list for the quarterly newsletter please write to lubisksn@tm.net.my and we will send you a free trial issue, hoping that you will join up! Membership fees individual US $20, organisation US $100.

Source Book

AWPNUC is also publishing a Source Book at the end of 1997 (a Directory of individuals and organisations involved in urban improvement programmes in historic precincts, towns or cities) by the end of 1997 and so we are urgently collecting information and contacts. Listing is free.
