This World Oceans Day, June 8th, children from UNESCO World Heritage marine sites will call upon world leaders at the United Nations to pledge to protect the ocean for future generations.

They have also launched the #MyOceanPledge campaign by creating cell phone videos of themselves making their own pledge to protect the ocean for future generations. They are now looking for strong ocean voices – like yours – to help them protect our ocean treasures.

What will you do to protect our ocean for future generations?
Start by making your #MyOceanPledge today:
“I pledge to protect the ocean for future generations.”

Share your #MyOceanPledge video
Record your pledge to protect our ocean and share your video on social media with UNESO Marine World Heritage (@Fdouvere) using the hashtag #MyOceanPledge. Tag three of your ocean-loving friends and ask them to pledge to protect the ocean too.

Sign the Pledge Sign the pledge and see more #MyOceanPledge videos from children at UNESCO World Heritage marine sites around the world at whc.unesco.org/myoceanpledge.
