Our Partners
Since its creation, the World Heritage Centre has concluded partnerships with various actors, for example international organizations, national institutions non-governmental organizations or private companies. With the PACT initiative, the partnerships list has expanded, and offers today various and effective actions, managed to provide a framework for their follow-up and their impact.
Partnerships are approached as an initiative, centralized in a specific unit, supported by all the specialists of the World Heritage Centre, who are dealing with requests, managing partner relations, prospecting for new partnerships or ensuring the best implementation of signed agreements.
There are different kinds of partnerships. Public partnershipsare agreements with institutions related to a State, or international organizations. Private partnershipsare agreements with non-state institutions, whether profit-making or otherwise, as well as private universities.
