Description

It is a National Park that has a covered area for pluvial ecosystem l. It belongs to the Bioma of Humid Subtropical Forest, with areas of life that goes from the Forest very Humid-Montano Under, until the Forest Humid-Montano Under, their flora is considered of cloudy forest, latifoliado and mixed. It is a little altered, what has favoured the functions of soil production, those of energy distribution, as well as the great potential landscape. In their area of influence South it has as main attractiveness the establishment of the towns of the Triángulo Ixil, a cultural enclave that during the time of the conquest and later Spanish dominance remained little perturbed, conserving today per today its customs and traditions.
