Conference on “Ecological Restoration – a Global Challenge”

The 4^th European Conference’s main objectives are to bring researchers and practitioners together to exchange knowledge and experience.  The practice of ecological restoration, which requires the integration of so many different aspects and perspectives, will also be examined as a tool for promoting an environmentally friendly socio-economic development and contributing to the creation of a culture for collaboration and peace worldwide. The Conference will also evaluate the requirements, methods, costs and benefits for ecological restoration of degraded sites, populations, communities, habitats and ecosystems amongst others.
