4th edition of the Heritage in Africa seminar "Post conflict in Mali, new opportunities for heritage"

Capacity building for safeguarding heritage, and museum collections, enhancing museum security, preventing illicit trafficking: this is the new approach to awareness raising for Malian heritage.

Organized by the European and International Affairs Department, and the Direction Generale des Patrimoines of  the French Ministry of Culture and Communication,under the authority of Mr. Vincent Berjot, General Director of heritage, Mr Bruno Favel, Head of Department and Ms. Caroline Gaultier-Kurhan, project manager for museums and African heritage, the 4th edition of the Heritage in Africa seminar will be held this year on the topic of Post conflict in Mali, new opportunities for heritage.

This seminar will take place on June 23, 2014, in the Colbert auditorium of the National Heritage Institute (INP), 2 rue de Vivienne, 75002 Paris.
