The World Heritage Committee,
- Having examined Documents WHC/23/45.COM/8B and WHC/23/45.COM/INF.8B1,
- Approves the proposed minor modification to the boundary of Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group: Mounded Tombs of Ancient Japan, Japan;
- Recommends the State Party to give consideration to the following:
- Continuously monitoring development in this buffer zone and its surrounding areas,
- Further exploring how the buffer zones relate to the broader setting and what, if anything, needs protecting in the broader setting; and implement the subsequent measures.
