The World Heritage Committee,
1. Having examined Document WHC-11/35.COM/7B.Add,
2. Recalling Decision 34 COM 7B.58, adopted at its 34th session (Brasilia, 2010),
3. Notes that the State Party has not submitted a state of conservation report to its 31st (Christchurch, 2007), 33rd (Seville, 2009) and 34th (Brasilia, 2010) sessions;
4. Urges the State Party to implement its earlier decisions and the measures recommended by the joint World Heritage Centre/ICOMOS mission of January 2007;
5. Requests the State Party to submit to the World Heritage Centre, by 1 February 2012, a report on the state of conservation of the property and the implementation of its Decision 31 COM 7B.63, for examination by the World Heritage Committee at its 36th session in 2012.
