Vocations Patrimoine - l'Héritage du Futur

The French association, Vocation Patrimoine - l'Héritage du Futur, promotes knowledge, development and preservation of World Heritage sites throughout the world, specifically through education and research. In 2006, a partnership has been concluded with the World Heritage Centre to set up a "UNESCO-VOCATIONS PATRIMOINE Fellowships for World Heritage Site Managers Programme" that seeks to reinforce capacities of professionals currently working or intending to work in the near future, in the management, conservation and development of a World Heritage property.

Objectives :

  • Set up a fellowship programme for professionals currently working or intending to work on World Heritage sites
  • Support promotion of the fellowship programme, assist in resource mobilization and research company funding
