The World Heritage Committee,

1. Having examined Document WHC-05/29.COM/7B.Rev,

2. Recalling its Decision 28 COM 15B.113 adopted at its 28th session (Suzhou, 2004),

3. Regrets that no information has been provided by the State Party of the Dominican Republic, as requested in the abovementionned Decision;

4. Reiterates its request to the State Party to submit to the World Heritage Centre by 1 February 2006 a report on the state of conservation of the property, for examination by the Committee at its 30th session (Vilnius, 2006).

The World Heritage Committee,

1.              Having examined Document WHC-05/29.COM/7B.Rev,

2.              Recalling its Decision 28 COM 15B.113 adopted at its 28th session (Suzhou, 2004),

3.              Regrets that no information has been provided by the State Party, as requested in its Decision of 2004;

4.              Reiterates its request to the State Party to provide a State of Conservation report by 1 February 2006 for examination by the Committee at its 30th session in 2006.
