At the time of the drafting of the present report (April 2005), the Secretariat had not received a report from the State Party.

Decision Adopted: 29 COM 7B.93

The World Heritage Committee,

1. Having examined Document WHC-05/29.COM/7B.Rev,

2. Recalling its Decision 28 COM 15B.113 adopted at its 28th session (Suzhou, 2004),

3. Regrets that no information has been provided by the State Party of the Dominican Republic, as requested in the abovementionned Decision;

4. Reiterates its request to the State Party to submit to the World Heritage Centre by 1 February 2006 a report on the state of conservation of the property, for examination by the Committee at its 30th session (Vilnius, 2006).
