UNESCO Culture|2030 Indicators pilot implementation & peace building international expert workshop
UNESCO is organizing an International Expert Workshop on the ongoing pilot implementation of the UNESCO CultureI2030 Indicators as well as exploring the possible integration of peace building indicators into the framework. The workshop will be held from 20 June to 21 June 2022 in four hybrid sessions.
The first day will focus on the state of play of the implementation of the UNESCO CultureI2030 Indicators in the pilot countries and cities to gather the feedback of Regional Experts on the application of the methodology, the interaction with the national and local implementation teams, as well on the use of the material and tools provided for the step of data collection and data analysis.
The second day will focus on the role of culture to peacebuilding and provide an opportunity to discuss preliminary approaches and methodologies to develop indicators to measure the contribution of culture to peacebuilding, including tentative data collection.
The workshop sessions will be held on Microsoft Teams in English and French (with simultaneous interpretation) and will be recorded.
