23rd General Assembly of States Parties to the World Heritage Convention
The 23rd session of the General Assembly of the States Parties to the World Heritage Convention will be held at UNESCO Headquarters from 24 to 26 November 2021, during the 41st session of the General Conference of UNESCO, .
The General Assembly includes all States Parties to the Convention. It meets once every two years during the ordinary session of the General Conference of UNESCO to elect the members of the World Heritage Committee, to examine the statement of accounts of the World Heritage Fund and to decide on major policy issues.
The proceedings will be retransmitted online via the webcast (without the possibility to intervene remotely), which will be available on the World Heritage Centre’s website.
