Quelles sont les conditions d'utilisation des données disponibles ?

Le Centre du Patrimoine mondial offre une partie de son contenu sous forme de fils XML. Les icônes XML/RSS apparaissent sur chaque page concernée. Que vous vous inscriviez comme usager ou non, certaines règles doivent être respectées :

  • Les fils XML sont fournis « tels quels » sans aucune forme de garantie. Le Centre du Patrimoine mondial se réserve le droit d'annuler ce service n'importe quand, sans avoir à vous prévenir.
  • Toute personne physique peut accéder aux contenus des fils XML mis à disposition (repérables par les icônes XML/RSS/KML) pour un usage personnel, non-commercial et d'accès gratuit.
  • Les organisations sans but lucratif qui désirent utiliser les fils XML doivent en obtenir la permission du Centre du Patrimoine mondial. Cette permission est gratuite lors d'un usage sans but lucratif. Pour plus d'information ou obtenir une autorisation, contactez nous.
  • Les personnes physiques et les organisations qui désirent utiliser les fils XML pour tout autre usage que personnel ou non-commercial doivent obtenir une permission du Centre du Patrimoine mondial. Le coût d'utilisation est négocié sur base de la circulation. Pour plus d'informations ou pour obtenir une autorisation, contactez nous. Le Centre du patrimoine mondial se réserve le droit de refuser une permission à sa seule discrétion.
  • Aucune modification ne peut être apportée au contenu des fils RSS. Toutes les modifications permises sont limitées au choix, à la couleur, à la taille des polices et aux sauts de lignes.
  • Vous ne pouvez vendre, permettre ou assigner l'utilisation du matériel contenu dans le site web du Centre du Patrimoine mondial.
  • Chaque fil RSS/XML/KML doit mentioner un lien vers le site web du Centre du Patrimoine mondial : https://whc.unesco.org.
  • Chaque fil RSS doit mentioner le copyright comme ceci : « [année de publication] © UNESCO/Le Centre du Patrimoine mondial. Tous droits réservés. » La référence correcte est inclue dans le champ « Description » du fil RSS.
  • Les parties du site web qui ne sont pas présentes dans les fils RSS (repérables par les icônes XML/RSS/KML mentionées ci-dessus) ne peuvent être « récupérées » en aucune manière que ce soit sauf si une autorisation spécifique et exceptionnelle a été organisée par écrit avec le Centre du patrimoine mondial.

Terms and Conditions of Use

UNESCO/WHC makes some of its web content available via syndication. An RSS icon appears on the syndication page, indicating those sections available for syndication. Whether you register as a subscriber or not, you must observe the following rules:

  • This website and its content is protected by international law. Any republication, online or in any other form, of any UNESCO/WHC data requires prior written authorization.
  • Individuals or organizations may ask for written permission to syndicate the content of the sections that are specifically made available (as indicated by the availability of the RSS icons mentioned above) for personal, non-commercial use, without fee. For more information, or to obtain an authorization, contact us.
  • No modifications may be made to the content of any material that is syndicated. Changes you may make are limited to display typeface, typeface size, typeface color, and linebreaks.
  • You may not sell, license, or otherwise assign the use of any of the material contained in UNESCO/WHC website. Each syndication use must include a link back to the UNESCO/WHC home page: https://whc.unesco.org as well as the specific item's page. The correct reference is included in the Channel Link element of the RSS feed. 
  • Each syndication use must include the following copyright notice: "Copyright © 1992 - [current year] UNESCO/World Heritage Centre. All rights reserved." The correct reference is included in the Channel Description element of the RSS feed.
  • Syndication feeds are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. UNESCO/WHC reserves the right to cancel this service at any time, without notice.
Policy : Specific Requests (XML/RSS/KML)
  • Sections that are not made available for syndication (as indicated by the availability of the RSS icons mentioned above) may not be "scraped" or otherwise syndicated in any manner.
  • Individuals or organizations who wish to syndicate specific material must obtain a specific XML subscription and licence from UNESCO/WHC. This will imply a fee.
