The World Heritage Committee,
- Having examined Document WHC-15/39.COM/7B.Add,
- Recalling Decision 37 COM 7B.54, adopted at its 37th session (Phnom Penh, 2013),
- Regrets that the State Party did not submit a report on the state of conservation of the property, as requested by the Committee at its 37th session in 2013;
- Expresses its high concern regarding the absence of information on the state of conservation of the property in the prevailing situation;
- Requests the State Party to submit information on the state of conservation of the property as soon as the security situation permits, and notably on whether the conservation and recovery measures of the sites vandalized in 2009, as identified in the 2011 Reactive Monitoring mission, have been launched;
- Also requests the State Party to submit to the World Heritage Centre, by 1 February 2016, an updated report, including a 1-page executive summary, on the state of conservation of the property and the implementation of the above, for examination by the World Heritage Committee at its 40th session in 2016.
