The Rapporteur, Mr. A. Beschaouch, referred to the main points of the report on the sixth session of the Bureau of the Committee which was held in Paris from 21 to 24 June 1982. The Committee took note of the draft report prepared for the period September 1980 to November 1982, given in document CLT-82/CONF.015/7.
