"Qadisha On The Paths of History" - UNESCO and Italy rehabilitate and valorize Wadi Qadisha

Inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1998, the Qadisha Valley is a unique site of Lebanon. In 2023, UNESCO and Italy have completed a project to rehabilitate and valorize the Qadisha Valley through the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). Three historic trails were rehabilitated, as well as monasteries and churches with their outstanding mural paintings.
