The General Assembly,
- Decides to amend the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly of States Parties to the World Heritage Convention as follows (new text proposed in bold):
New Rule 12.5 :
Subject to Rule 14.1, voting shall normally be either by a show of hands or by electronic means with each Member’s vote displayed on a screen.
