Description
In December 1996, the Committee approved a Technical Assistance request from Ethiopia, which enabled the World Heritage Centre, in co-operation with the Centre for Research and Conservation of Cultural Heritage (CRCCH), to organise a mission (29 April-4 May 1997) to Lalibela.
