French World Heritage Sites’ annual meeting

The 6th annual French World Heritage Sites meeting will be held in October.

On the 16th October the meeting will focus on the theme of "Urbanism, modern and contemporary architecture" and will include two roundtable discussions:  « Urbanism and World Heritage » and « Valuation of modern architecture ».  This thematic day will allow sites' managers to exchange experiences and discuss about specific issues concerning the World Heritage sites in France.

The three working groups of the Association, focusing on "management plans", "communication", and "international relations", will meet on the 17th, and the General Assembly will be held on the same day.

As in previous years, the French UNESCO Cooperation Agreement for Heritage (CFU) will provide technical and financial assistance to the organization of this meeting, and in particular concerning its associated international aspects.
