Jaeger-LeCoultre watch to be auctioned for World Heritage preservation.
In the context of the partnership between Jaeger-LeCoultre, The International Herald Tribune and UNESCO, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Manufacture has designed a watch symbolizing its commitment to the World Heritage Marine Programme.
The goal of the partnership is to identify, monitor and preserve marine sites around the world, and the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer has designed a limited edition model featuring three marine World Heritage sites. Funds collected through this initiative will be donated to the management authority of Tubbataha Reef Marine Park in the Philippines, for the implementation of a marine conservation project.
The first prototype of the watch will be auctioned through the Jaeger-LeCoultre website starting 16 February.
