DESCRIPTION:The meeting was held in Zacatecas (Mexico) on 6-10 September 2010 at the Antiguo Convento Franciscano de Propaganda FIDE (Old Franciscan Propaganda Convent FIDE], currently the Museum of Guadalupe, which coincided with the inauguration of the World Heritage Category 2 Centre at Zacatecas, approved at the 35th session of the General UNESCO Conference in October 2009.
