Presentations included a wide variety of case studies involving all kinds of aspects of conservation and management of the shared heritage of the 19th and 20th centuries in the wider Mediterranean region. Among others, the following properties and sites in the Arab States countries were presented: The city centre of Alexandria; The resort village of Agami; The city of Cairo; The city of Mansoura; The town of Naqada; The city of Quseir (Egypt), The city of Libid (Jordan), Casablanca (Morocco), The city of Aleppo; The city of Damascus (Syria), Beirut city centre; The city of Tripoli (Lebanon).
