At the time of writing this report, the Secretariat had not received a formal response from the State Party concerning a progress report on follow-up action to address the issues raised by the IUCN mission as requested by the Committee at its 28th session (Suzhou, 2004).

The World Heritage Committee,

1. Having examined Document WHC-05/29.COM/7B.Rev,

2. Recalling its Decision 28 COM 15B.10, adopted at its 28th session (Suzhou, 2004),

3. Regrets that the State Party of Indonesia did not respond to the specific issues requested;

4. Requests the State Party to urgently submit to the World Heritage Centre, before 1 February 2006, a progress report on the achievements made to follow-up on the recommendations of 2004 IUCN mission, for examination by the Committee at its 30th session (Vilnius, 2006).

The World Heritage Committee,

1.              Having examined Document WHC-05/29.COM/7B.Rev,

2.              Recalling its Decision 28 COM 15B.10, adopted at its 28th session (Suzhou, 2004),

3.              Regrets that the State Party did not respond to the specific issues requested;

4.              Requests the State Party to urgently submit to the World Heritage Centre, before 1 February 2006, a progress report on the achievements made to follow-up on the recommendations of 2004 IUCN mission, for examination by the Committee at its 30th session in 2006.
