Rock Art and the World Heritage Convention - International Experts Meeting

The International Meeting, Rock Art and the World Heritage Convention, uKhahlamba/ Drakensburg Park, South Africa, 3 to 8 April 2009 involved the participation of 44 governmental delegates, Advisory Bodies' representatives, international experts and site managers. The meeting aimed to identify key values, issues and priorities in the area of Rock Art, particularly concerning its management, conservation and documentation in relation to World Heritage status.
