Drawing on the suggestions summarized above, the November 2008 meeting proposed the following outline for an Action Plan for Rock Art to be submitted to the World Heritage Committee in Sevilla in June 2009. The meeting in uKhahlamba is tasked with adding to the plan and refining it.
