Award ceremony for the 2007 Melina Mercouri International Prize

The award ceremony for the 2007 Melina Mercouri International Prize for the Safeguarding and Management of Cultural Landscapes (UNESCO-Greece) will take place on Thursday, 4 October 2007 at 6.30 p.m. at UNESCO in Room XII by invitation only.

The Prize has been awarded to the Borodino Battlefield site (Russian Federation) with special mention to the Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao) site (Mauritius).
